1. Services

Starlight Labs provides custom AI automation and integration services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the tools, accounts, and information necessary for us to deliver the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by lack of access may affect project timelines.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may result in paused work until the balance is settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom work product created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, credentials, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver the services or by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Starlight Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
